Refund policy
7-Day Return Window
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused, and in its original packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at support@sokany.ph. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return.
All returned merchandise should be sent to us.
You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds and Exchanges
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 1-2 weeks from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at support@sokany.ph to arrange a refund or exchange.
